Substandard Tablet Press

ZP-17 / ZP-19 substandard tablet press can be applied to pressing all kinds of granular substance into round-shaped tablets. They can best serve the production of small quantity. They are characterized by the fixation of 17/19 dies on the dial which can press 17/19 tablets within one rotation. The dial's moving rate, the filling depth of the substance and the thickness of the tablets can all be adjusted. The cushioning device on the machine can prevent the damage to the parts caused by an overload. The tablet compression machine's body is equipped with a powder priming box, which can absorb the powder produced during the operation by means of nozzle so as to avoid sticking and blockage.
